There are concerns road conditions in the NT could deteriorates further in the next two weeks, and temperatures are expected up to 90C.
The NTRoadSays the NTRoadways Council says the weather will become increasingly harsh as the season progresses, with high temperatures expected by the end of November.
It says conditions will become more extreme in the northern regions over the next week, as a hot spell is expected to last from early November to the end, and it’s expected temperatures will hit up to 100C in the early hours of December 1.
